Web Site Guidelines
Appalachian State University’s web site represents Appalachian to a variety of internal and external audiences. It is critical for the official university web sites to reflect a clear and consistent brand distinguishing Appalachian from its competitors while delivering relevant and current information.
The following guidelines apply to official university web sites which include academic departments, program sites for public audiences, and University administration sites. These guidelines do not apply to personal sites for staff, faculty, and students, and student clubs.
